KNWN Health Nursing Corporation is a California Professional Corporation that provides telehealth medical services directly to patients on a cash-pay basis. We are the HIPAA Covered Entity for all clinical services delivered through this Platform. Sharing of Information

We retain personal information and medical records for the period required by applicable California law, including California Business and Professions Code requirements for medical record retention (minimum 7 years from the date of service, or longer for minors). Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial laws.

Children's Privacy

This Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor's information has been submitted without authorization, please contact us immediately.
